Shado Professional Services
Just as we provide a comprehensive support program for organisatons using ShadoCMS and ZoomFlex we offer a range of services to ensure a successful implementation of ShadoCMS to run your global web platform. Strakers professional services team are available to help at any stage of your project either to get in and help directly with the implementation or provide troubleshooting and review services.The team are available for long projects or on an adhoc basis. The types of engagements we normally undertake include:
1. Implementation Support
Our team generally works directly with the client or partner development team to provide guidance on best practisee when scoping out the project, making technology decisions, reviewing code, ColdFusion performance tuning, network architecture and more. There are three types of engagements our consulting team normally undertakes with clients:
a. Project Kickoff - usually lasting 5 to 7 days our team work closely with the development team to setup the basic skeleton of the project ensure the basic site settings are structured properly and map out the development pathway, key milestones and reference points.
b. Project Implementation Support - wether doing the full implementation or joint development work our team work closely wit the client throughout the whole project and are actively involved in the development, project management, testing and delivery phases.
c. Pre Live Review - Once the project has been completed and is "ready" for go live our consulting team conduct a code review of the site and either suggest or implement changes as defined with the client. This process is highly recommended to ensue best practis frameworks are adhered to.
2. Project Overview
One of our senior developers intermittently reviews the project and makes recommendations on best in class frameworks, etc to be implemented
3. Specific Problem Solving
Whether it is a Shado, Flex, Java or ColdFusion specific issue that needs solving our team are available on an adhoc basis to solve those hard to fix problems any technology project can throw up from time to time.
