By using ShadoCMS Software as a Service (SaaS) edition you agree to be bound by these terms of service, which are enforceable against you personally and against your employer if you are using ShadoCMS on your employer's behalf.
We may change this agreement at any time. If you do not agree with the revised Terms of Service, you must stop using the service. Also, Straker Interactive may terminate this agreement and your right to use the service at any time if you breach this agreement.
- You are responsible for all activity on ShadoCMS under your account. You must keep your account name and password private and not share it with anyone else. We may ask you to change your account name or password.
- You must be over the age of thirteen to use ShadoCMS.
- You are welcome to send suggestions on improving ShadoCMS. All suggestions become the sole property of Straker Interactive.
- You represent that you own or have the right to make copies of what you upload, and Straker Interactive agrees to make no ownership claim on it. If you upload something you don't own, and its owner makes a copyright complaint to us, we may remove your document. If you believe someone else has uploaded something that you own, make a copyright complaint to us.
- You must not upload anything that is illegal, obscene, abusive, threatening, pornographic, or harmful. You must not do anything that could harm or overload the service, attempt to access an account that is not yours, interfere with anyone else's use of ShadoCMS, or use the service to gather any personal information about anyone else using ShadoCMS. Such unauthorized use of the service or our information system may violate federal or state laws.
- You are responsible for any costs, expenses, or liabilities resulting from your use of ShadoCMS. You agree that ShadoCMS shall not be responsible for any damages or losses suffered by you as a result of the unavailability of documents posted by you, the misconduct by other persons, failures of our computer system or the internet or otherwise resulting from the use of the service.
- Your monthly hosting fee does not cover any additional support or development assistance, should you require this then you must purchase consulting hours.
Our use and disclosure of information posted by you or about you is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is part of our terms of service. Please read it carefully.
ShadoCMS is operated by Straker Interactive from its offices in Auckland, New Zealand. You and Straker Interactive agree that this agreement shall be governed by the statutes and laws of New Zealand and that any disputes shall be determined only by courts located in New Zealand.
