Introducing ZoomFlex - the easiest way to build Flex applications
The most significant change has been the introduction of ZoomFlex - the easiest way to build Flex applications. ZoomFlex is an application for developing Adobe Flex 2 applications. It simplifies the building of Adobe Flex 2 applications, significantly decreasing development time as well as providing best practice architecture for Flex 2 rich internet application development. Other compelling reasons to upgrade to 7.6.1 from 7.0.3 and earlier builds:
New User Interface - Shado''s interface has undergone considerable change based on user and design feedback and is now more intuitive, easier to use and customizable. The left-hand toolbar has been replaced by drop-down menus on top and the default login page is now a customizable dashboard that can be configured to have pods displaying any information a user chooses (development required).
Improved Inline help - Shado Central''s interface now has an added "Help" button that displays context-sensitive help. This means users have the ability to access help documentation in the exact location they require it. Inline Help is also now configurable and can be modified on a site-by-site basis with clients writing their own help to educate their users in their own words.
New WYSIWYG editor called TinyMCE - ShadoCMS now has TinyMCE as its default WYSIWYG editor. TinyMCE is a platform independent web based Javascript HTML editor that is customizable and works in different browsers in the same manner. TinyMCE allows ShadoCMS clients to write their own plugins and extensions and excellent community support is provided from the http://tinymce.moxiecode.com website.

Straker''s new regime of quarterly builds for ShadoCMS defines release periods providing clients with certainty regarding when the next build is due. Build 7.7 is due mid to late April 2007 and 7.8 is due mid to late July 2007.
Key Development Areas for the next build (7.7):
